Lydia Amoah is an award-winning business coach, TV personality and inspirational speaker with an expert background in executive and career coaching, media training and public relations. For more than 20 years, she has worked with leading and influential companies and helped thousands of people around the world to transform their lives and businesses and reach their goals.

Lydia’s clients have included visionaries, changemakers, consultants, coaches, journalists and health and media professionals, to name but a few. She has worked with media personalities including Jeff Brazier from ITV’s This Morning show, Ms Dynamite MBE, Mercury Music Prize winner and Lowenna Waters, Independent reporter; and has provided coaching and training from organisations such as the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, the Financial Times, the Daily Telegraph, University of Salford, and University of Plymouth.

She won the prestigious Precious award for ‘Leadership in the Workplace’ and her track record as a successful self-made businesswoman was acknowledged on BBC Radio for International Women’s Day and featured in Pride Magazine – the largest and most successful magazine targeting Black British African-Caribbean women in the UK.

Lydia worked with the NFL, which raised their awareness in the UK and aligned them with influential and high-profile brands and celebrities. She helped develop the award-winning 4Talent scheme for Channel 4 and designed and delivered media training for REACH (raising the aspirations and attainment of Black boys and young Black men for the government) and Bicentenary of the Abolition of the Slave Trade. She is also a patron of Show Racism the Red Card, the UK’s leading anti-racism educational charity.
